The Hot/Cold pack is suitable for both cold and hot therapies depending on the injury.
PREPARATION COLD: Place the pack for at least 10 minutes before use in the freezer. 2 hours are needed to freeze the gel
PREPARATION HOT:
Hot water: PLace the pack in hot water of around 80 ℃ for atleast 10 minutes. Check after 4 min to see if the correct temperature has been reached.
Microwave: Place the pack for 30 seconds in the microwave on low power 600W
