4. Intellectual property
All website content—including logos, designs, product images, text, 3D models, and software—is owned by GatoSports / Gato-International or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
5. 3D and AR content
Where offered, 3D models and Augmented Reality experiences are provided to help visualize products and may not show every detail of the physical product. AR uses your device camera only when you choose to start it. See the Privacy Policy for related technical details.
6. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services, to the extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the Dutch courts.
