The USB vest ultra is made from water resistant material and has elastic adjustable straps for a comfort fit. White LED lights on the front and the back make the runner visible during conditions with poor sunlight or during the night. The lights operate in two modes, continuously lit and progressive lightning similar to lights in a sound equalizer.
